• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (three hundred BDT).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Usually completed within 5–30 minutes, though delays may occur if KYC verification is pending.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not accepted. The name on the payment method must match the name on the account.

If an account is closed and a valid balance remains with no rule violations, the funds will be returned after verification.
